SHIPPING

Our jewelry is made to order and usually ships within 3-4 weeks or less. Fragrance ships within 5-7 days unless otherwise noted. Domestic orders ship through USPS 2-day Priority. International orders ship through USPS International Priority mail.

RETURNS

Mondo Mondo goods are generally non-refundable as our jewelry pieces are custom made to order. Each piece is hand made in our Los Angeles studio and may vary slightly. If an item is defective we will be happy to exchange it.

We accept exchange or store credit on unopened fragrance bottles. Fragrance bottles that have been opened are non-refundable. To be sure that you will be happy with your purchase we encourage you to purchase a sample pack.
